  Products ready for shipping: 2 to 3 business days.

  Customized products: 5 to 14 business days.
  
• 
  Pre-order products: 2 to 8 weeks from the pre-order closing date. Each pre-order will have its description in the collection and/or item.
  

🔹 Custom and live orders:

• 
  All custom orders and those worked on live are final sale (no returns or refunds).
  
• 
  Live orders are processed in order of purchase , and you must include your phone number to receive notification of your turn.
  
• 
  Once finished, the glass requires an additional 5-10 business days of resting time before shipping.
  

🔹 Manufacturing defects:

• 
  If you receive a product with a design or manufacturing error, contact us within 3 business days with clear photos for evaluation.
  

🔹 Shipping damage (USPS):

• 
  In case of damage by the carrier, you must file a claim with USPS. We will assist you with the necessary documentation.
  
  ⚠️ Only USPS Priority and Express include insurance. If you choose Ground Advantage , Sublizza is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.

🔹 Digital and clearance products:

  These are final sales and are not returnable or exchangeable.
