📦 Regular Orders (not worked on in lives)

  Products ready for shipping: 2 to 3 business days.

  Customized products: 5 to 14 business days.

  Pre-order products: 2 to 8 weeks from the pre-order closing date. Each pre-order will have its description in the collection and/or item.

🎥 Live Orders

• 
  The glasses will be worked on in order of purchase during the live broadcast.
  
• 
  Once you complete your order, you will be assigned a time slot and receive a text message with the live stream information (day and time) so you can connect.
  
• 
  It is mandatory to include your phone number when making the purchase in order to receive your turn.
  
• 
  During the live session, you must approve all details in real time (design, colors, technique, etc.).
  
• 
  Once the live process has started, no returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
  
• 
  Once your glass is complete, we require an additional 5–10 business days before shipping.
  
  This ensures that the containers with liquid have the necessary rest time for the components to integrate correctly and not have large air bubbles.
  

🔹 Shipping damage (USPS)

We pack all orders very carefully, but we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during the shipping process by the carrier (USPS).

⚠️ Important: The only USPS service that includes automatic insurance is Priority Mail and Priority Express .

  If your order was shipped via Ground Advantage or another uninsured method , Sublizza will not be able to file claims or offer refunds in case of damage or loss.
  
• 
  If your order was shipped via Priority or Express and arrived damaged, you must file a claim directly with USPS.
  

We will gladly assist you with the necessary documentation (invoice, tracking number, proof of shipment, etc.) so that you can manage your claim more quickly and easily.
