Tumbler Care Guide (Snowglobe & Lava Effect)

Welcome! If you are reading this, it's because you are holding a unique piece, handcrafted with great dedication. Whether you have a classic snowglobe style tumbler or one with our captivating lava effect, these double-walled pieces require special care to stay flawless.

Follow these simple steps to ensure your tumbler lasts a long time:

🚫 What You Should NEVER Do (The Golden Rule)

  • No dishwashers: Extreme heat and water pressure can melt the resin seal on the base, damage the acrylic, and ruin the exterior designs.

  • No microwaves: These tumblers contain sealed liquids and materials that are not microwave-safe.

  • Avoid extreme heat and cold: Very important! Do not leave your tumbler forgotten inside a car. Heat causes the liquids and gases inside to expand, which can break the tumbler or pop the security seal. Likewise, extreme cold can freeze the fluids.

  • Do not soak: Submerging the tumbler in water for prolonged periods weakens the seals and can cause the decorative designs on the exterior to lift.

  • Handle with care (Beware of drops): The double-walled acrylic is durable, but a hard drop can crack the material and cause liquid leaks.

🧼 How to Wash It Correctly

  • Hand wash only: Use warm water and mild dish soap.

  • Careful with the exterior: Use the soft side of a sponge or a cloth. Avoid any abrasive fibers that could scratch the acrylic or scrape off the decorations.

  • Dry immediately: I recommend drying it with a soft cloth or paper towel right after washing to prevent water spots.

🌋 Special Care: How to Enjoy and Preserve Your Lava Effect Tumbler?

If your tumbler has the lava effect, you will notice that the flow of colors and glitter is much denser and slower. To ensure this effect stays perfect over time, follow these recommendations:

  1. Constant movement (Every 2 or 3 days): It is very important not to leave the tumbler static for prolonged periods. We recommend moving or turning your tumbler at least every two or three days. This helps activate the mixture and preserve the fluidity of the internal components, preventing the sediments from settling permanently.

  2. Twist, do not shake violently: To see the magic in action, simply turn the tumbler gently from top to bottom or make circular motions. Avoid shaking it too hard; this way, the liquids maintain their ideal separation, and the visual effect will be much cleaner and more defined.

  3. Temperature influences the flow: Remember that the ingredients react to the climate. In cold environments, the "lava" will move slower, while in warm environments it will flow more quickly. It's part of the product's nature!

  4. Resting is normal: When you are not using the tumbler, it is normal for the materials to separate. Just give them a gentle turn for the show to begin again.
