🗓️ How does our calendar work? (Total Transparency)
To prepare your liquids with the best quality and pack everything with love, we operate like clockwork. Here are our golden rules:

Automatic charge day (The 16th): All our active subscribers have their monthly payment processed on the 16th of each month.

Shipping day (The 20th): The happiest day! All subscription packages leave our workshop for your hands on the 20th of each month.
What happens if you subscribe for the first time on the 18th or 25th? Don't worry, you'll still receive your box! Your first payment is processed on the day you subscribe, and that first box goes out with our shipment on the 20th. Important note: As our system aligns all members for the 16th, you will see your second automatic charge on the 16th of the following month. This is totally normal and means you're already securing next month's box! You can cancel or pause anytime from your portal.
